(Untitled)

Children, children come inside,
The night's deep drape is soon to fall,
And change shapes once definable to visages of inner-scapes.
Children, children gather neigh.
The light is dimming, heed my call.
Beware the twilight animals,
Their sweet abductions steal your faith.
Children, children, stay awake,
Lest you should dream and then arise,
To find your minds un-healable,
And plagued with visions so insistent to be born.
 By Gods sweet grace!
Don't let your souls shine through the night.
For I was once a child too,
But now a ghost transcending age.
